Graduation Agenda 2012-2013

Graduation Applications must be submitted online by March 15, 2013 for students wanting to apply for graduation for the following terms:

Fall 2012
Spring 2013
***Summer I 2013
***Summer II 2013

***There are certain eligibility requirements for Summer I and Summer II graduates to participate in the May 2013 commencement ceremony. For eligibility requirements or if you have additional questions concerning the graduation process, please contact a degree audit specialist in the Admissions/Registrar's Office. If your last name begins with A though M contact Karen Matthews at 972-860-7382, N through Z contact Veronica Yarbrough at 972 860 7003.

Cap and Gown Information:

Estimated cost is $27 (excludes tax).
Cap, Gown and Tassel may be purchased at the Eastfield College campus bookstore, room N-100.

Bookstore Hours of Operations

Mondays and Tuesdays:  8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays:  8:00 a.m.-5:45 p.m. Fridays:  8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Information regarding announcements is also available in the bookstore.

Graduation Program:

Programs containing the evening’s agenda and graduate names are printed and distributed on the evening of the Graduation Ceremony. In order for a graduate’s name to appear in the program, the graduate must have a current Graduation Application on file at Eastfield College. The deadline to have your name in this year’s program is April 12, 2013.
