Ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.

SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING THE GUEST INFORMATION SHEET
Please thoroughly read all of the information on the enclosed guest information sheet and share this information with your guests. In order for the ceremony to be enjoyable for all who attend, it is important that your guests are made aware of the services that the Curtis Culwell Center has to offer as well as the rules and restrictions.

GRADUATE CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m.
Graduates will enter through the Conference Center on the lower level of the Curtis Culwell Center. Graduates must pass through a metal detector and purses and bags will be inspected. You will be asked to return any restricted items to your vehicle. Guests will not be allowed to use the Conference Center entrance and will not be allowed in the graduate check-in area.

PARKING
Parking is free for the graduates and all guests.

TICKETS
Each guest, including children, must have a ticket. Graduates do not need a ticket. Graduates will be given up to 10 tickets for their guests. Children under the age of three will not need a ticket if they will be sitting on a lap during the ceremony. Please return any extra tickets to our office.

WHAT TO WEAR - WHAT TO BRING
Information regarding the proper wearing of your cap and gown has been provided on the Graduation web page. Personal belongings should be left with your family or in the trunk of your car. Belongings may not be left in the Ballroom during the ceremony. The only article you will carry into the graduation ceremony will be your name card. Cameras and cell phones must be turned off and put away during the ceremony.

PHOTOGRAPHER
A professional photographer will be taking individual photos of the graduates crossing the stage as well as backstage. Photo packages will be available for purchase. A brochure from FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY regarding the photography services and prices will be provided.

CEREMONY VIDEO
Videos of the ceremony can be ordered at the ceremony. An order form will also be provided.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend the ceremony, please notify one of our Degree Audit representatives as soon as possible and return your guest tickets so that they are available for other graduates to use.
