You must have a dcccd e-mail address to create your account. Benefits include unlimited access to all League books, monographs and publications in digital format.

National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD)
The National Institute for Staff & Organizational Development (NISOD) is dedicated to the professional development of faculty, administrators, and staff; and to the continued improvement of teaching and learning, with the ultimate goal of student success. You will need a password to accesst the Members area. Fortunately, Eastfield is a member of NISOD. You can get our password by logging on to the Eastfield Intranet.
