Employee of the Quarter
Each quarter faculty and staff are asked to nominate their favorite employee who has demonstrated the following traits here at Eastfield College:
- Reliable & Dependable
- Above & Beyond
- Creative & Innovative
- Participated in Professional Development

Criteria
1. Reliable & Dependable:
- Consistently responding to your needs with integrity in a timely manner.
- Performing at or above expectation with urgency.
- Would never say: "It's not my job." Meeting deadlines and Team Player.
- Always know this person will help.
2. Going Above & Beyond:
- Always finding time no matter how busy.
- Participate in Eastfield's community service (i.e volunteering on/off campus)
- Exceeding job description and departmental functions.
3. Creative & Innovative:
- Realize a need and fill it.
- Implement a change or assist with implementation of a departmental function change.
- For example: develop a program, locate money, and implement a need for students or the college as a whole.
- Able to get through the roadblocks of paperwork.
4. Professional Development:
- Participates in Eastfield's various Professional Development programs.
Recognition:
- Balloon Bouquet
- Personal Parking Permit for the quarter
- Your name on the Employee of the Quarter wall plaque
- $100 American Express gift card
Process:
The committee will review nominations, select the employee, forward to the immediate supervisor, Vice President of their division and President before announcing the winner.
