PC Service & Support Technician Certificates

Service and Support Technicians perform system diagnostics, routine maintenance and repair. Responsibilities include installation of computer hardware and software components.

Eastfield College offers two programs in the fast-growing PC Service and Support Technician Training.

 CompTIA's A+ Certification

The A+ Certification is an industry standard testing program developed by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and backed by over fifty major computer hardware and software manufacturers, vendor distributors, resellers, and publications.

A+ CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Prerequisites: Tenth grade English/Math skills.

PC SERVICE & SUPPORT TECHNICIAN TRAINING

Including A+ Test Review

Collectively these courses cover the objectives tested on the A+ Certification exam. An individual may pursue all or parts of the self-paced program based on needs and interests. The series can be completed in a minimum of two semesters.

Prerequisites: Tenth grade English/Math skills.
