Beginner/Elementary Piano Camp

Prerequisites: Ages 7-18 with minimum 6 mo. piano lessons
NO AUDITION required. This five day piano camp will
present an opportunity for non-piano students to join the
beginner and elementary students in a fun filled environment
to learn piano fundamentals of sight reading, music theory,
and performance. Students will work in a group of 12 or
fewer students. Also included with this registration is entrance
to all of the Piano Festival afternoon master classes, lectures,
concerts, Saturday children's recital at 11a.m., and Saturday
professional concert performance by Konstantyn Travinskyy
at 2 p.m. Parents, please attend the first 15 minutes of the
first class.
Intermediate Piano Workshop

Eastfield College professor Pierrette Mouledous and other
faculty will lead this four day intermediate small group
class on sight reading and playing techniques, ear
training, and different styles of music, i.e., classical and
liturgical. Each day will also include observation of master
class demonstration. Presence at the weekdays and
Saturday performances is included and expected. Students
have the option of performing in recital on Saturday at 11a.m.
Renowned concert pianist Konstantyn Travinskyy will perform
on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Performance Hall (F210).
