Customer Support Specialist Certificate

The Customer Support Specialist Certificate is designed to provide computer skills for people who wish to acquire expertise in several popular computer software packages, as well as current issues of Cultural Diversity and Customer Service. The classroom training will enhance computer software knowledge and skills, instruct and enhance keyboarding skills, improve job marketability and increase expertise in several popular computer software packages. Individual courses may be taken on a non-certificate basis.
