The Training & Development program offers trainers and those interested in developing a career in this area an overview of principles and practices of adult learning styles, curriculum development and design, leadership skills, human relations/teambuilding skills, career development, creative and effective presentation techniques and cultural diversity. Employment opportunities are on the rise for teachers and trainers. Individual courses may be taken on a non-certificate basis.
