Student Government Association

Student Government AssociationStudents who serve in the “SGA” are servant leaders who want to make a difference in the lives of all Eastfield College students.  SGA members are the liaison between students and college and district officials to ensure that students’ voices are heard and considered when important decisions are being made.

Student GovernmentSGA invites you to attend our meetings, join a committee, or put a suggestion or complaint in one of the many suggestion boxes located around campus.  Public forums are held once a semester to keep students informed of the work SGA members are doing on their behalf. Need to contact a member?  Leave them a note in their mailbox in the Office of Student Life, Room C-141.

Are you interested in becoming a member of SGA?  Executive Board elections are held in the Spring (April), and Senator and House of Representatives are elected in the Fall (September).  Pick up an application in the Office of Student Life, Room C-141, or call 972-860-7185.
