As a general rule:
If you have less than 30 credit
hours, you will enter the University as a freshman. This is what you
will need to apply.

you will enter the University as a sophomore. This is what you will

for additional requirements. Each 4-year college or university
will have some specific rules that may only apply to that school.
Check that school's course guides carefully.

means:

No outstanding campus parking tickets

No library blocks

No delinquent academic financial debt

No disciplinary suspension

No other red flags on your college record
