Welcome to the ITSE 1418 HOME PAGE. This page links you to all the documents used in the course.

You will also find links to the newsfiles for this course. These files tell you what is being covered in the class on a daily basis, tells you what lab assignments to work on and text files to read, informs you about tests and their review files, and lets you know the due dates for your assignments.
These newsfiles are named according to the section you are enrolled in. They are updated at least weekly, and oftentimes more frequently. Be sure to check them on a regular basis.

ITSE 1418   Introduction to COBOL Programming (4 cr hrs)
This is a WECM course number. Former course prefix/number CISC 1476.
Prerequisite: None. Introduction to computer programming using COBOL. Emphasis on the fundamentals of structured design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation. Includes language syntax, data and file structures, input/output devices, and files. Laboratory fee. (3 Lec., 4 Lab.)
