Arch Dye received an Associates degree from Mountain View College in Electronics Technology. He worked in oil well field service and telecommunications transmission and switching. He attended the University of Texas at Dallas graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Public Administration. He taught in Electronics Technology at Mountain View College for fifteen years. He received a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M, Commerce. He have been teaching here at Eastfield College for the last eight years.
