Learning the Business of Restaurant Management
Required Coursework 128 Hour Certificate & 4 months on the Job training
The Restaurant Management Certificate is designed for persons interested in becoming a Star Manager. This program will teach you how to manage teams, develop leadership skills and foster positive attitudes. Topics include recognizing and dealing with customer turnoffs dissatisfied customers, goals as a manager and adapting to new circumstances in the world of Restaurant Management.
