Support Helpdesk - Colleague

The login prompt has disappeared when I open Colleague.

If you are greeted by a blank screen when you open Colleague, please follow these steps to get the login prompt back:

  1. Click on the "Plunger" icon that is the second-to-last icon on the toolbar. It is to the left of the "Hammer" icon. This will manually bring up the login prompt.
  2. Click on "File" on the toolbar and choose "Exit All."
  3. Click in the "Save Changes" box. This will fill the box with an X.
  4. Click on the "OK" button.

This will resolve the problem. The next time you open Colleague, you will see the login prompt.
