Support Helpdesk - Colleague
The login prompt has disappeared when I open Colleague.
If you are greeted by a blank screen when you open Colleague, please follow these steps to get the login prompt back:
- Click on the "Plunger" icon that is the second-to-last icon on the toolbar. It is to the left of the "Hammer" icon. This will manually bring up the login prompt.
- Click on "File" on the toolbar and choose "Exit All."
- Click in the "Save Changes" box. This will fill the box with an X.
- Click on the "OK" button.
This will resolve the problem. The next time you open Colleague, you will see the login prompt.
