Support Helpdesk - Groupwise
I am not able to view HTML Emails sent to me. All I receive is a blank Email.
1) Click on "Tools" on the toolbar and choose "Options."
2) Double-click on the "Environment" picture icon.
3) Click on the "Views" tab.
4) Select the "HTML" option under "Default Compose View & Font" and "Default Read View & Font."
5) Click on the "OK" button.
