Research Opportunities

Research programs are designed for undergraduate U.S. students who have yet to earn a college degree.

The National Science Foundation-STEP program at Eastfield College in collaboration with the Big Thicket National Preserve is offering you an opportunity to participate in a paid summer research program.
Earn a $3,000 stipend while you gain research experience!!!

Each summer, the STARS (Science Teacher Access to Resources) program at UT Southwestern Medical Center offers opportunities for students to work one-on-one for eight weeks with faculty research scientists on investigative projects using major scientific instrumentation in a laboratory setting.
