Evening Child Care for Students

The CLS will not be open Summer 2 2012.

Summer 1 2012 will have to have 16 children completely enrolled by May 30 in order for us to be open for Summer 1. Please do not wait until the last week to apply or finish enrollment paperwork.

Due to the low teacher-child ratios, space is limited.  Pick up your application today!

Instructions for Application.

Eligibility

Evening Child Care tuition is based on a sliding scale according to income.
Children age 12 months through 12 years.
Parent must be an Eastfield or Pleasant Grove student.
Child Care is provided while student attends class (only).  Space is reserved based on student’s schedule.
Enrollment for entire semester --no drop-ins.

Other Information

Evening program hours: 5:15-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday

Open Fall, Spring, Summer  1 and 2 semesters.
CCA accepted.
Evening meal that meets USDA guidelines provided.
