Hinson-Hazlewood Loan
This loan program is available for students who are attending Texas colleges
and are eligible to pay Texas resident tuition rates. One must demonstrate
financial need before a loan can be approved. The loan limit is the same
as the Federal Stafford Loan. The actual loan amount may be limited to
less than this depending on the cost of attendance, other financial aid,
and the family's financial condition. The interest rate is variable and
no payments of interest or principle will be paid during the 6 month grace
period.
