FPLUS

The Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students allows parents to borrow up to the cost of education, less other aid, per year for each dependent undergraduate student. The interest rate is variable with a cap of 9%.
Repayment of principle and interest begins within 60 days after disbursement of the loan. The parents credit rating will be checked to determine eligibility.
